HOW TO APPLY:
Prepare your motivation letter
Prepare your plan of action (a document explaining your vision and focal points for the position)
Prepare your presentation to be presented at the NA
Send everything on time (see deadlines below)

🚨 Important notes:
Holding a position is a 1-year responsibility — be ready to commit
Don’t apply just for the title — each role requires time, effort, and dedication
If someone else is applying for the same role, don’t hesitate — go for it! Elections are for everyone
Talk to the current Board members to better understand each position
Elected members are required to obtain a clean criminal record certificate (Λευκό ποινικό μητρώο)

⚠️ Eligibility:
According to our statutes, you can apply for a Board position only if you have at least 6 active months of experience in ESN.
(You can still apply for Board Supporter or Coordinator positions 🤩)

👉🏻 Presentation must be sent to info@esncy.org by Sunday, June 28th, 23:59

You may submit proposed amendments until next Wednesday by emailing us at info@esncy.org with the exact amendment you would like to introduce.
👉 If it is only a grammatical correction, please inform us informally — no formal amendment is required.
Participation of ESN Cyprus in Regional Platforms
Considering that the only SEEP application shared was SEEP Istanbul, and taking into account the accessibility challenges and visa costs, we would like to hear the section’s view on whether we should contact the Vice President for Development and the SEEP Regional Coordinator to explore participation in alternative regional platforms, to ensure our organisation remains represented.

These elections will happen on Sunday 1st of March at 17:00 and we will vote for some standing orders (internal regulations), the event policy paper and the below board supporter positions!
🚨 The people interested in any position, need to send your Presentation until the 15th of February 23:59 to this email: info@esncy.org
The presentation should include who you are, what you do in ESN, reasons for applying for the position, and any plans for the mandate.

💳 ESNcard Coordinator: you will learn about marketing, partnerships and build professional connections.
Maintain and create new partnerships for ESNcard holders.
Track sales and orders of ESNcards, including handling related payments.
Motivate team members and ensure team engagement.
Promote the ESNcard both internally and externally.
Conduct an ESNcard survey to evaluate satisfaction and gather feedback.
Provide an analysis of ESNcard sales at the end of each semester.
Order ESNcards from ESN International in coordination with the Treasurer.
🤑 Partnership Manager: you will gain experience in negotiation, communication, and building professional connections.
Secure sponsorships and support for section events (e.g., snacks, prizes).
Maintain strong, friendly relationships with existing partners.
Ensure all partners are properly promoted during events and online.
Schedule meetings with major partners each year to present upcoming plans and events and discuss what kind of support is needed and when.

These elections will happen on Sunday 2nd of November at 17:00 and we will vote for the new action plan, the annual budget and the below board supporter positions!

🌎 Vice National Representative: you will meet international people, projects and have a secure spot for EGM 😉
Assist the National Representative to restructure the ESN CY wiki page
Apply for ESN Awards with the National Representative
Assist the National Representative in conducting the country reports
Participating in calls with ΝΟ/SEEP with the National Representative
Information dissemination for international updates and opportunities with the National Representative (with international team) and inform the members of our section accordingly.
Facilitate sessions and trainings with the National Representative (if needed)
Assist the National Representative with National/Section Questionnaire (if needed)

📷 Vice Communication Manager: you will improve your creativity, social media, and team coordination skills.
Support the Communication Manager in coordinating the Communication Team
Assist with social media management (Instagram & WhatsApp messages, TikTok)
Help organize and oversee the team’s tasks and projects
Take responsibility for the Communication Team when the Communication Manager is unavailable
Provide general assistance to the Communication Manager whenever needed
Participate in calls with the Communication Community

🏠 Housing Manager: Be the go-to person for students’ housing needs and enchance your communication & negotiation skills.
Identify housing complexes or landlords willing to host Erasmus students.
Assist local students who are going on mobility in subletting their apartments.
Maintain regular communication with the housing team and landlords to ensure up-to-date listings and smooth handovers.
